There are no words to express our gratitude towards Krista and Phil. They were so helpful and intentional in this process. They made the sale of our home go as smooth as possible and their expertise is invaluable. Not only do they care about the big things, they also care about the “little details” which can be make or break when trying to sell your home. They truly went above and beyond for us. I feel absolutely spoiled now that we’re trying to buy a house out of state and we can’t use them as our realtors. We usually don’t write reviews! We had the pleasure of working with Phil & Krista to help us with buying our home. From the outset, they were exceptional with communication keeping us informed every step of the way and promptly addressing any questions, concerns we had. Their thorough research into the market and understanding of our needs ensured that every property they presented to us was a viable option, also with their knowledge of interior Design and Construction they were able to show us homes that would work for us with a little work! What truly set them apart was their excellent negotiation skills! Working with Krista and Phil was an incredible experience. I was recovering from knee surgery, and very limited in what I was able to actually accomplish around the house during the lead up to getting the house on the market. They helped turn our comfortable home into a beautiful estate. They went above and beyond any reasonable expectations to ensure that the best possible presentation of our home was achieved. Once the beautification project was completed, they tirelessly marketed and showed the home. Once we had a buyer, they expertly assisted and advised us throughout the complicated process. Krista was super helpful preparing the house for sale even going above and beyond my expectations. She helped us clean out parts of the house, and helped us pick out new appliances that needed to be replaced. Her knowledge of the market is top-notch. She has a great network of people that she can reach out to, and she leverage her network to provide a great seller’s experience for me. I heartily recommend Krista, and she will be the first one I call when I start looking to buy a house in the future.
